Profanity Heat Map Visualization

I found this data visualization pretty interesting because they are using a convention for temperature and applying it to another set of data. I think it clearly portrays the information and quickly gives you a opinion/idea about where all this profanity is happening in the twitter universe. Additionally this sparks an interest in what the map could be like if it was possibly interactive or flash and the data was live updated rather than a PDF.

This also serves as a great example that data can be retrieved from almost anywhere about anything and produced in such a way that it becomes interesting to us.
